Responsibilities
We are offering paid internship on both full time and part time basis. You will be placed in one of the following functions to develop new skills, earn practical experience and gain insight to expertise. At the completion of the internship, depending on the business needs and your performance, shortlisted outperformers may be offered a full-time position in Hong Kong or overseas.
Functions
Operations
- Involve in routine operations and handle communication across departments
- Support and enhance daily procedures at the team
Marketing
- Participate in planning digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze and report social media and marketing performance
- Prepare pitching materials
Risk Management
- Support enhancements of risk analytical tools
- Provide oversight of business from end-to-end operations, risk and controls perspectives
Design
- Support Creative Team on branding and promotional design tasks
- Involve in campaign visual, design concept and branding direction website, and promotion material design
Quantitative Trading
- Participate in different aspects of the investment research including data processing, analysis and performance review
- Support and coordinate with Trading Team

- Undergraduate students in relevant discipline graduating in 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026
- High Potentials go-getters with strong passion on Fintech
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skill

- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
